Program for 2017
Half-day cooking workshops and evening demonstrations are organized throughout the year. The cooking workshops are followed by dinner open to the public.

Cooking Demonstration, Workshops & Dinners

Wednesday July 26 from 5pm to 7pm. Cooking demonstration and tasting "Sauvage & Culture" with Laurent Berruyer. Price: 18€

Half-day Cooking Workshops starting at 1:30pm...followed by dinner at 7:30pm :

Saturday May 20: Wild mountain herbs

Friday August 18 : Low-temperature cooking

Saturday October 14 : Autumn recipes and mushrooms

Price : 100€ (workshop & dinner) By reservation only.

Also possible to come just for dinner on May 20, August 18 and/or October 14 at 7:30pm. Price : 38€ (drinks included). By reservation only.
